Turner to Manage Construction of $42 Million Expansion of Northern Inyo Hospital in Bishop, Calif. New York, N.Y., Feb. 6 – Turner Construction Company, the nation’s leading builder of healthcare facilities, has been given approval by Northern Inyo Hospital to proceed with the $42 million Phase Two expansion to the hospital facility. Construction for Phase Two will start in March 2009 with completion scheduled for March 2011.
