Pepper Construction Welcomes Healthcare Expert James Both

Healthcare Group Leader James Both is one of Pepper Construction’s newest members in the general contractor’s Dublin, Ohio office.

Both brings to the position 15 years of industry experience specializing in healthcare construction where he has managed more than $1.5 billion in healthcare projects spanning more than 10 different healthcare campuses. Some of those projects include Rush University Medical Center Transformation, Centegra Huntley Hospital, Lurie Children’s Hospital and Northwestern University, among many others.

Both’s experience includes serving as both an owner’s representative and as project manager for a national contractor in Chicago, Illinois. He is already getting established in the Columbus area and looks forward to becoming an active community partner.
