Ground Broken for Future CHI Health Clinic Yankee Hill

Ground was recently broken for the future CHI Health Clinic Yankee Hill, which will be located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Catholic Health Initiatives will be the sole tenant in the one-story, 34,668-square-foot clinic offering primary care, physical therapy, behavioral health services and specialty care, as well as imaging services, laboratory and retail pharmacy. In addition, it will provide space for visiting specialists, and the 4.52-acre site will provide parking for 177 vehicles.

NexCore will own the new CHI Health Clinic Yankee Hill clinic building, which is scheduled to be completed in summer 2022. Rounding out the development team is architect LEO A DALY and general contractor McCarthy Building Companies Inc.
