Reeves County $115M Replacement Hospital Tops Out
The new Reeves County Hospital, located in Pecos, Texas, has topped out. The project team includes general contractor Robins & Morton and architect Perkins and Will.
The $115-million, 140,000-square-foot project represents the district’s investment in a total replacement of the community hospital, which will include 25 all-private inpatient beds, a level four emergency department with 11 exam rooms and three trauma rooms, delivery suite, nursery, women’s imaging department, physical therapy gym, 15-bay dialysis unit, surgical suite, home health services, inpatient/outpatient lab, cardiovascular rehabilitation program and support service spaces.
The project has the goal of LEED certified under LEED for Healthcare’s v4 rating system.
The project is slated for completion in summer 2021.
