CallisonRTKL Selected by El Camino Hospital for Operational Excellence Services

DALLAS, Texas – CallisonRTKL’s  Operational Excellence team was recently selected by El Camino Hospital to provide services to its Mountain View Hospital campus in Mountain View, California. The team will partner with El Camino to analyze the supply chain that supports its 2019 campus master plan. The Operational Excellence team will determine future needs for storage and supplies. They will also define the future state for equipment and the supply chain’s receiving and distribution process.

The Operational Excellence team comprises an extensive background in systems and process engineering, as well as clinical expertise. The experience the team brings enables them to deliver innovative results to clients that ensure spatial and operational efficiency while improving patient satisfaction and experience.

El Camino Hospital is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the communities in South San Francisco Bay Area for over 50 years.
