CINCINNATI, Ohio — Continuing its mission to improve the health of the community and to create patient value by providing exceptional outcomes, affordable care and the finest experiences, The Christ Hospital Health Network will build a comprehensive medical center in the fast growing Butler County community of Liberty Township. The project is being completed in collaboration with Brandicorp, architectural firms HKS Inc. and GBBN Architects; construction manager Danis Building Co and civil engineering firm Bayer Becker.

The Christ Hospital Medical Center – Liberty Township will offer surgical services including operating rooms with extended recovery for patients, an emergency room, comprehensive radiology imaging, outpatient therapies, as well as physician services that include primary care, orthopedics, cardiology and urology. Groundbreaking is tentatively scheduled for this fall with the medical center slated to open in the winter of 2017.

The Christ Hospital is working closely with the Liberty Township Trustees on the project. A 125,000-square-foot site plan, as well as other planning documents, have been submitted to the township. The Christ Hospital Health Network is an acute care hospital located in Mt. Auburn, Ohio, with five ambulatory centers and 181 neighborhood offices conveniently located throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.

The Christ Hospital Health Network recently opened outpatient centers in Montgomery and in Fort Wright, Kentucky, and is planning another medical center in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
