Martin Health System Breaks Ground on New Tradition Medical Center

KLMK Group, Inc. and Martin Health System are pleased to announce the groundbreaking of the new Tradition Medical Center.

Martin Health System broke ground on its new 190,000-square-foot, 90 bed, state-of-the-art facility. The hospital, Tradition Medical Center, will be located on a 20-acre site in West Port St. Lucie, Fla. It will have a full-service, 24-hour emergency department, obstetrics department, and diagnostic imaging services. The large medical campus will also provide enough space for a medical office building and other healthcare-related buildings.

Tradition Medical Center will not only create more than 400 new jobs initially for the Port St. Lucie and Martin counties, but it will also help prepare the surrounding areas for the continued population growth. The hospital will ultimately help the area provide economic growth and opportunities along with providing another 400 jobs to the area over the long term.

KLMK Group has been providing Program Management Solutions for the new Tradition Medical Center and will continue to over-see the project through occupancy. The Ground Breaking Ceremony was held March 14, with a tentative opening date in early 2014. Rendering compliments of HKS.
