LS3P has named Esperanza “Espy” Harper, M. Arch, EDAC, SSGB as its innovation leader. Harper earned her Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. She has served as a senior medical planner with LS3P for the past five years and has been a trailblazer in “innovative thinking” when addressing design problems and processes.
