Skanska to Build $120M Hospital Expansion in New York
Skanska has signed a contract with NYU Langone Medical Center to build a new medical center in New York City.
Skanska will build a new $120-million, 161,400-square-foot five-story Ambulatory Care Center, which will include an emergency department, surgical and imaging suites, a pharmacy and physician office space.
Pre-construction services have begun and the project is estimated to be completed in October 2017.
