CHI St. Vincent Arkansas Neuroscience Institute, adjacent to CHI Health’s North Little Rock hospital campus located in Little Rock, Arkansas, has recently opened.
The 42,133-square-foot specialty medical office building offers comprehensive neurological surgical and treatment services as well as an Education and Research Center.
The new clinic will treat the entire spectrum of neurological disorders, providing services such as skull base surgery, vascular neurosurgery, neuro-oncology spine and spinal cord surgery, epilepsy surgery and surgery for movement disorders. In addition to its 3,767-square-foot cranium lab, 3,600-square-foot clinical space and 3,540-square-foot auditorium, the facility features 14,000 square feet of physician office space, giving independent medical providers the opportunity to grow their practices.
The project team included healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group, TAGGART/Architects and Clark Contractors LLC.
