Madison Marquette Breaks Ground on Class A Healthcare Facility in Texas
DALLAS, Texas – The Dallas office of the recently merged PMRG and Madison Marquette have begun construction on a 100-bed transitional skilled nursing facility located in DeSoto, Texas, a densely populated and economically thriving community within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The property, DeSoto Transitional Rehabilitation Center, is being developed in partnership with Global Prime Health, LLC and an associated group of multidisciplinary physicians and operation specialists.
The development is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019, and will be operated by HMG Healthcare.
The architect on the project is GSR Andrade Architects and Ridgemont Commercial Construction is serving as general contractor.
