St. John Providence Begins Construction of New Howell Ambulatory Care Center
WARREN, Mich. – St. John Providence has begun construction on a $13.5-million, 60,000-square-foot outpatient facility in Howell, Michigan. The new ambulatory care center, located at the Latson Rd. exit on I-96, will bring St. John Providence physicians and programs to one of the fastest growing areas in the state.
This new ambulatory center represents a successful partnership between St. John Providence and MedCraft Healthcare Real Estate, LLC, a developer of ambulatory care and medical office buildings. The two organizations are working together to create a mixed-use campus that will be anchored by this new ambulatory care facility, expected to be completed in May 2017.
The new outpatient center is slated to house specialists in primary care, cardiology, obstetrics/gynecology, urology, pulmonology and pediatrics; diagnostic imaging; lab and pharmacy; outpatient rehabilitation; wound care and other services.
MedCraft has engaged Diekema Hamann for architectural and engineering services and the CSM Group for construction services.
