Skanska has signed a $140-million contract with Westchester Medical Center, New York, for a new Ambulatory Care Pavilion on the existing hospital campus.

Skanska will build an approximately 85,300-square-foot, eight-story Ambulatory Care Pavilion, which will include a new ambulatory operating room suite, imaging center, lobby, physician office space, entry canopy for patient drop-off and new roof-top Skanska Hospitalmechanical, electrical and plumbing units. The team will also build the interior spaces and expand the existing parking lot.

Construction is expected to commence in June 2016 and is slated for completion in September 2018.
