CallisonRTKL’s transitioning team was selected to provide services to Sutter Health CPMC’s two hospital replacement projects. The two hospital replacements are for the Van Ness & Geary Hospital campus and St. Luke’s Hospital campus, both in San Francisco, California.

The team will provide consulting support for occupancy planning, personal preparedness, operational building readiness and move management for the two campuses. St. Luke’s Hospital has a tentative patient move date for late 2018, and Van Ness & Geary is set for early 2019.

Van Ness & Geary’s replacement hospital will be a 12-story, state-of-the-art tertiary/quaternary hospital. A 215,000-square-foot acute healthcare facility will replace the existing St. Luke’s campus and will be constructed immediately adjacent to the existing hospital.
