Memorial Hermann Plans for its Largest Convenient Care Center in League City
Memorial Hermann is expanding into the Bay Area with plans to open its ninth Convenient Care Center in League City, California. The nearly 47,000-square-foot medical facility will be the largest of its kind for Memorial Hermann. Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in League City will be built in Pinnacle Park, a 100-acre mixed use town center development.
The new Convenient Care Center will be a freestanding 24-hour emergency department that offers onsite imaging and lab services. Other components will include a breast center, physical therapy and a multi-specialty care clinic.
In addition, adult and primary care services from Memorial Hermann Medical Group physicians will be available. These unique services, all in one location, take the stress out of scheduling appointments.
Construction on the Convenient Care Center in League City is expected to begin in the summer of 2016 and is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2017. Pinnacle Alliance Fund, Inc. is developing Pinnacle Park which will also be home to the Houston area’s first Cabela’s store, currently under construction just north of where the Convenient Care Center will be located.
Construction of the Convenient Care Center is part of Memorial Hermann’s strategic growth initiative, Breaking New Ground. Through ongoing construction projects in some of the fastest growing areas of the region, Memorial Hermann is working to fulfill its mission of “advancing health” in the communities it serves.
