Marcus Oksa, MS, RCP, SSBB, has joined HGA as national healthcare market strategist for the firm’s nationally recognized healthcare practice. He has more than 30 years of healthcare management experience, contributing to successful strategic planning and financial sustainability initiatives in multiple organizations.
Throughout his career, he has developed relationships with specialty and primary care providers, frontline staff and executive leadership that have informed his insight into the issues impacting healthcare. Before joining HGA, he was senior improvement advisor at Bellin Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he led more than 500 projects improving quality of care, patient satisfaction, care delivery and financial performance.
Oksa is a U.S. Army veteran and Bronze Star Medal recipient. He has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University of Fond du Lac in Wisconsin and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
