Christine Hester Devens Brings Healthcare Interiors Expertise to HGA as New Design Principal

HGA welcomes Christine Hester Devens, NCIDQ, EDAC, as associate vice president and design principal specializing in healthcare interiors. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she will work across the firm’s national offices with the interior design and healthcare market teams on a diverse range of healthcare projects.

Devens has more than 30 years of experience designing healthcare facilities, from academic medical centers to community clinics. Her expertise includes project visioning, patient experience strategy and sustainable design.

Before joining HGA, she was a healthcare design principal at AECOM.  She has presented at national and international conferences on a range of topics, including the patient experience, design for health equity, women’s health facilities, post-pandemic clinic design, patient room of the future and design innovation in healthcare delivery.
