Valley Health has set April 14, 2024 as the opening date for its new over 800,000-square-foot hospital under construction in Paramus, New Jersey. The hospital will be the heart of a 40-acre health and wellness campus; the project is adjacent to the Robert & Audrey Luckow Pavilion.
Key features of the project include:
- 352 conversion-ready all private, same-handed inpatient rooms
- Dedicated women’s pavilion
- Advanced, integrated interventional platform and diagnostic imaging
- New emergency department
- 1,500 parking structure
- Green roofs
The hospital will be planned, constructed, operated and maintained with sustainability in mind; 20% of the site will be dedicated to open, green space.
The project team includes HDR and Torcon.
