Davis, MNGI Digestive Health and Allina Health held a groundbreaking ceremony for Lakeville Specialty Center, a 100,500-square-foot multispecialty clinic and surgery center in Lakeville, Minnesota.
The Class A medical facility, is 100% leased with Allina signing a lease for 60,000 square feet in the specialty center and 18,500 square feet in the surgery center. The clinic will offer 20 of the care system’s specialties, including orthopedics, oncology, women’s health and cardiology. In addition, MNGI Digestive Health has signed a lease for 22,000 square feet in the facility to house a new clinic and endoscopy center.
The center is expected to be completed and open to patients in fall 2023.
The project team includes Timco Construction Inc. as general contactor and Synergy Architectural Studio as architect.
