Medical City Frisco Ambulatory Surgery Center Underway
Construction of the new Medical City Frisco Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center is underway in Frisco, Texas.
The project will include a $15.6-million, four-level parking garage featuring 600 spaces, and a $38.5-million MOB and Ambulatory Surgery Center. The 150,000-square-foot MOB will consist of five floors and a sky bridge connector to the main facility. The 20,000-square-foot (within the MOB) surgery center will include four operating suites, two procedure rooms and 16-20 pre-op and post-op procedure beds.
Comfort amenities will include:
- Healing environment with natural light, luxurious amenities and furnishings and calming atmosphere
- Gourmet food choices prepared by in-house chef
- Concierge service: hospital info, dining and hotel accommodations, maps
- Complimentary valet parking
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
- Large patient rooms, some with adjoining room
The project team includes general contractor DPR Construction and architect HKS. Estimated completion is May 2020.
