AJPVentures and Mas Group broke ground on a new $40-million Class “A” medical office building called MedSquare Health next to Baptist Hospital of Miami, located in Florida.
The new 116,000-square-foot building is within walking distance to the largest Baptist Health facility. MedSquare Health will be the first, off-campus Class “A” medical office building to be developed in the Baptist Hospital of Miami submarket in over 20 years. The three-story office project sits on 4.5 acres of land and will be developed as a LEED-certified building.
