Skanska has signed a contract with TriHealth to build the TriHealth Good Samaritan Western Ridge Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The contract is worth $35 million.
The three-story, 97,000-square-foot expansion of the Western Ridge Medical Center will accommodate primary care doctors and expanded cancer services, including radiation oncology and an infusion center. Physician’s offices in the medical office building include primary care, cancer, heart, endocrinology and cosmetic surgery.

The architect on the project is GBBN Architects.

Construction services started in December 2017, and the project is expected to be complete in March 2021.
