    HealthCare Partners Opens New Medical Facility, Urgent Care Clinic in Downtown Los Angeles

    LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Healthcare Partners, a division of DaVita Medical Group and a part of DaVita Inc., recently celebrated the opening of a new state-of-the-art medical facility and urgent care clinic in downtown Los Angeles, California. The new facility replaces the roughly 40-year-old founding clinic of HealthCare Partners and establishes a healthcare hub in the Pico-Union neighborhood on the west side of downtown Los Angeles.

    Less than one-and-a-half miles from its previous location, the new downtown facility relocated to a brand new 60,000-square-foot, four-story facility. The clinic is connected to a nine-story parking structure with no-cost parking available to patients. The facility accommodates a variety of patient care operations including:

    • Onsite radiology and lab services
    • Pain management
    • Dermatology
    • Pulmonology
    • Podiatry
    • Ophthalmology/Optometry
    • Rheumatology
    • Pediatrics
    • Wound clinic
    • Behavioral health
    • Women’s wellness
    • Internal medicine
    • Comprehensive care clinic
    • Family medicine
    • Endocrinology
    • General surgery
    • 24/7 urgent care

    Oltmans Construction Co. served as general contractor and DekkerPerich/Sabatini was architect on the project.
