OGA Converts Bowling Alley into Healthcare Clinic for Vanderbilt Health
Oman-Gibson Associates has completed the conversion of a former bowling alley into an outpatient dialysis clinic for Vanderbilt Health. The new facility is located in Nashville, Tennessee.“We are truly excited to partner with Vanderbilt Health on this critical project,” said Bond Oman, CEO of OGA. “This new leading-edge facility allows Vanderbilt Health to provide vital renal care services to local residents. In addition, the project is a great benefit to the community by repurposing and revitalizing a vacant neighborhood property.”
OGA added 7,000 square feet to the existing 20,500-square-foot property, resulting in a 27,500-square-foot outpatient medical facility for Vanderbilt Health.
Southeast Venture was the project’s architect, Fulmer Engineering served as the civil engineer and Olympian Construction managed construction.
