Lendlease has been awarded the construction management design-assist-build services for St. Luke’s University Health Network’s Anderson Campus expansion in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Lendlease provided planning and pre-design professional consulting services to St. Luke’s for the campus master planning and the initial phase of the existing hospital expansion on the Anderson Campus.

The new hospital addition will support SLUHN’s strategic growth in the region. The four-story acute care building will have a basement and will be programmed to maintain flexibility allowing for future expansion. Construction is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2018.
