    Construction Begins on New MOB in Irving, Texas

    DALLAS, Texas – MYCON General Contractors has started construction of the new Baylor Scott & White medical office building, located at 1901 West Park Drive in Irving, Texas. The project is targeted for completion in the summer of 2018.

    The Baylor Scott & White MOB project will include a three-story, 58,485-square-foot facility with approximately 226-surface parking spaces and extensive landscaping. The project team includes developer PMRG, and project architect GSR Andrade.

    The MOB is located adjacent to the full-service hospital at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Irving off of TX-HWY 183 (W. Airport Freeway) and N. MacArthur Blvd.
