BRISTOL, Conn., and JUPITER, Fla. – The intersection of Main Street and Riverside Avenue in downtown Bristol, Connecticut will be the future home of Bristol Hospital’s 60,000-gross-square-foot ambulatory care center.

After receiving proposals from developers around the country, Rendina Healthcare Real Estate was selected to be the hospital’s partner to develop and manage the facility. The three-story ACC will be occupied by Bristol Hospital’s Multi-Specialty Group, offering a range of services including endocrinology, rheumatology, urology, cardiology and a diabetic center.

The project will be part of an overall revitalization of downtown Bristol, a process Rendina has successfully navigated for other clients. Intended to fit seamlessly into the city’s vision for the new downtown, the ACC’s design marries retail and medical with an inviting brick and glass façade – leveraging natural light and creating a welcoming atmosphere that includes a café located in the two-story atrium.

Rendina expects to break ground in late 2017.
