TAMPA, Fla., and DENVER, Colo. –Women’s Care Florida, a major specialty women’s health physician group, is taking steps to better serve the healthcare needs of women of the greater Tampa Bay, Florida area with a new three-story, 63,289-square-foot sub-specialty center that will offer comprehensive services while acting as a hub for other WCF care centers in west and central Florida.
The center will combine the latest innovation in healthcare with exceptional patient-centered care. Services to be offered include vast array of women’s specialty health services, such as maternal-fetal medicine, gynecology, urogynecology and ambulatory surgical services to its patients in a high-growth area in Tampa. It will also feature imaging, infusion, a patient education center, a breast center, counseling and supportive care and a high-risk fetal surgery program.
NexCore is providing comprehensive real estate services – strategic planning, site selection and acquisition, development, ownership, financing and property/asset management services – for the project, which will be 100 percent leased by WCF.
The project team includes architect Davis Stokes Collaborative PC and construction manager Creative Contractors Inc. The WCF women’s health center’s anticipated opening is October 2017.
