FORT MYERS, Fla. – Stevens Construction has been selected as the construction manager for the full fourth-floor renovation within Naples Community Hospital, located at 350 Seventh St. in Naples, Florida.

Construction is underway of the 22,594-square-foot project, which will house a 23-bed oncology specialty care department and a 12-bed behavioral health treatment center upon completion at the end of 2016. The project also includes construction of nurse stations, offices and a multi-purpose room.

The Class III Infection Control Risk Assessment project is occurring while the hospital remains in operation. Stevens Construction is utilizing strict containment measures, such as barrier walls and HEPA filters, to ensure the hospital is not compromised throughout the project.

Architectural services are provided by Studio+.
