Adventist HealthCare officials will celebrate the groundbreaking of Washington Adventist Hospital at 10:30am. on Monday, March 7, at 12000 Cherry Hill Road in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Washington Adventist Hospital is relocating from Takoma Park to the White Oak section of Montgomery County and is projected to open in the first quarter of 2019.

The 170-bed, 430,000-square-foot acute-care and medical campus continues Adventist HealthCare’s 108-year legacy of providing exceptional healthcare to the community.

Turner Construction Company is the general contractor; CallisonRTKL serves as architect.
