Community Memorial Health System Builds New Parking Structure in Ventura
IRVINE, Calif. — Swinerton Builders, The Stahl Companies and IDG Parkitects are well underway with construction on the Community Memorial Health System parking structure in Ventura, California.
The new six-level, 571-stall parking structure is being delivered Design-Build.
With a design that architecturally compliments the hospital’s new bed tower, which is under construction, the new structure will feature linear buildings on the first floor that will house retail and serve both the hospital and local businesses.
The Stahl Companies is acting as the owner’s representative on the project. Swinerton is self-performing all concrete on the $11-million project.
