MYCON General Contractors to Build New Star Medical Center Office Building
MCKINNEY, Texas — MYCON General Contractors has been awarded a $3.1-million construction contract to build the new 30,160-square-foot two-story medical office building, Star Medical Center Office Building, located at 4100 Mapleshade Lane in Plano, Texas. The owner/developer is Star Medical Center, LLC, and project architect is Bryant Burton Kupcunas Architects, Inc.
Star Medical Center is a fully DNV-accredited acute care hospital located immediately adjacent to the new medical office construction. The facility will offer spine care, orthopedics care, women’s services, physical therapy and imaging services.
The groundbreaking is slated for 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, with project completion by year-end.
