Skanska has signed a contract to expand the existing Orange Regional Medical Center healthcare facility in Middletown, New York. The contract is worth $61 million.

Skanska will expand the existing hospital facility to include a new 46,000-square-foot, five-story medical office building and a 7,900-square-foot, single-story cancer center at the hospital’s main campus.

Construction is underway and completion is expected in late 2016.
