ST. LOUIS, Mo. — The Marcus Organization has contracted McGrath & Associates to construct a new $4.99-million, high-tech office and cardiac catheterization lab for St. Louis Heart and Vascular at 3550 McKelvey Rd. in Bridgeton, Missouri. Bates & Associates is the design architect.

Construction is expected to commence June 2015 with a targeted completion on or about December 2015.

The renovation of the existing 21,000-square-foot, two-story facility includes a new exterior skin and full interior renovations with high-end finishes. McGrath will remove roof overhangs and raise the parapet walls to increase the building height.
