RICHARDSON, Texas — Indiana-based Mainstreet and Dallas, Texas-based Greenbrier Development, LLC have contracted with Adolfson & Peterson Construction to build a new Next Generation Medical Resort in Waco, Texas.
The 75,743 square-foot, two-story medical resort will offer 30 well-timed assistance apartments and 74 Recovery Suites. The project will be located on a 6-acre site near the intersection of Legend Lake Parkway and Crosslake Parkway.

Construction is currently underway with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2015.
Once construction is completed, The Ensign Group will operate the resort.
