BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Plans were announced recently for the Great Falls Clinic Medical Center’s replacement hospital in Great Falls, Mont., that will involve several local companies, including Capital Growth MedVest, project developer; Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood, project architect and Brasfield & Gorrie, general contractor.
The facility will be owned equally by Great Falls Clinic, a multi-specialty medical practice with primary, related secondary and urgent care service offerings, and Symbion, a company that partners with hospitals and health systems to develop and operate short-stay surgical facilities.
The 60,000-square-foot facility will sit adjacent to the existing Great Falls Clinic Specialty Center and house a 19-bed hospital, operating rooms, procedure room and emergency room. The building will be attached to the Specialty Center, where many of the clinic’s providers practice.
Brasfield & Gorrie will complete the project, which is slated to begin this summer with completion expected in the fall of 2015.
