ATLANTA, Ga. — Brasfield & Gorrie announced the start of construction on a parking deck addition at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite in Atlanta, Ga.
The 138,000-square-foot horizontal expansion will add 435 spaces to the precast parking deck. In addition, the project involves construction of a large storm retention vault under the deck and upgrades to the storm water system for the entire hospital campus. It will also provide more ease of access for parking for Children’s patient families and staff.
Brasfield & Gorrie’s Atlanta office is teaming with architect HKS Inc. to construct the parking deck addition for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. The addition will be completed in late 2014.
