WILMINGTON, Del. — Anchor Health Properties has announced the beginning of construction on Penn Medicine Southern Chester County, a 72,000-square-foot healthcare destination anchored by the physicians and services of Chester County Hospital.
Located in Penn Township, Penn Medicine Southern Chester County will offer comprehensive outpatient services to residents of southern Chester County. Services include imaging, lab draw, physical therapy, primary care and outpatient, same-day surgical procedures. In addition, space is available for specialty physician practices on the second floor.

Special attention has been paid to amenities and services, which include a concierge greeter staffed in the spacious, 2-story atrium and a café offering ready-to-go snacks and beverages.
Scheduled to open in the spring of 2015, Penn Medicine Southern Chester County is conveniently located at the intersection of Routes 1 and 796, two heavily traveled roads in the most rapidly growing community in Chester County, offering easy access for all points between Avondale and Oxford and providing excellent visibility from Route 1. The project will take advantage of a spacious 45-acre site with walking trails, lush meadows, landscaping and ample parking.
