CLEVELAND, Texas — New Directions Health Systems, LLC, the new management team of Cleveland Regional Medical Center, recently partnered with Whitetail Land Development, LLP to build brand-new medical facilities in Cleveland’s Timbercrest Medical Park.
Whitetail Land Development’s 600-acre project will include brand-new medical office buildings, a state-of-the-art hospital and a multi-use senior and assisted living facility. All facilities will be built in the Timbercrest Medical Park, located at the intersection of State Highway 105 and the eastern bypass. Whitetail Land Development, LLP has committed to giving 15 acres of land needed for the hospital portion of the development to Cleveland Regional Medical Center as a gift.
Whitetail Land Development, LLP will begin construction on the first phase of the new medical office buildings in the summer of 2012. Cleveland Regional Medical Center plans to lease office space in several of the new buildings totaling approximately 40,000-square-feet. Construction of the hospital will start sometime after 2016.
