FORT MYERS, Fla. – Stevens Construction has completed construction management services for the fourth floor south renovation within Naples Community Hospital, located at 350 Seventh St. in Naples, Florida.
Stevens Construction completed the 22,594-square-foot project, which houses a 23-bed oncology specialty care department and a 12-bed behavioral health treatment center. The project also includes construction of nurse stations, offices, conference room and a serenity room.
The Class III Infection Control Risk Assessment project occurred while the hospital remained in operation. Stevens Construction utilized strict containment measures, such as barrier walls and HEPA filters, to ensure the hospital was never compromised throughout the project.
