    CBRE Hires Facility Activation Solutions Managing Director

    CBRE Healthcare announced the newest member of the Facility Activation Solutions team, Harriett Linenberger.

    Linenberger_CBRE_resume_background_RLinenberger joins CBRE Healthcare as managing director, overseeing the Parkland Hospital and Health Systems project in Dallas, Texas. In addition, Linenberger will be responsible for expanding the FAS Service Line.

Adding Harriett’s skills and experience to our team will position our FAS Group to strategically address our client’s operational and facility related needs” stated Steve Higgs, managing director. “Given Harriett’s diverse background in the healthcare industry, we are confident that CBRE’s activation solutions are unmatched in the industry.”

    With over 40 years of experience, Linenberger has led operational planning teams in strategic planning and design through transition planning and activation. Prior to operational consulting, she served for seven years as chief nursing officer at hospitals in Maryland and Texas, where she was responsible for acute care services ranging from the emergency department and inpatient units to women’s and pediatric services.

    Linenberger earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from Texas Women’s University, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University. She also completed the Johnson & Johnson Executive Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.
