DALLAS, Texas — Caddis Partners LLCannounced that two of its recently developed properties, Lone Star Family Health Center and Heartis Conroe, have both been selected as finalists in the inaugural 2013 HREI Insights Awards.
Lone Star Family Health Center was named as one of five finalists in the New Medical Office Buildings and Other Outpatient Facilities (50,000 to 99,999 square feet) category, and Heartis Conroe was named as one of four finalists in the Post-Acute & Senior Living Facilities – Best New Ground-Up Development category.
“It is an honor to have our projects recognized as finalists for the 2013 HREI Insights Awards,” Caddis Partners CEO and Partner Jason L. Signor says. “The fact that two of our projects were selected – and in two different categories – demonstrates our firm’s range of expertise in the healthcare real estate sector and across different product types.”
Heartis Conroe in Conroe, Texas, is a 40-unit, 32,600-square-foot memory care community with an innovative “Main Street” concept that provides a comfortable, familiar environment to encourage residents to connect with their surroundings and others. It was developed by Caddis under its own Heartis brand and opened late this fall.
Lone Star Family Health Center, also located in Conroe, is a two-story, 70,961-square-foot MOB that opened last year. It is owned by a federally qualified health center. The new facility has provided the center with an attractive, efficient, cost-effective building where it can serve the healthcare needs of the community even more effectively.
The 2013 HREI Insights Awards will be presented Dec. 11 during the RealShare Healthcare Real Estate Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.
