Chicago, IL — The American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) of the American Hospital Association (AHA), recently announced the launch of its newly re-designed Web site, www.ashe.org. The re-design of the ASHE Web site was based upon input from members, staff and ASHE leaders. The site intends to provide the health facility management professionals with access to the most current news, resources, and information on the issues that impact the health care physical environment.
With a new look and a new feel, the updated ASHE Web site will continue to evolve to meet the ever-changing educational and informational needs of ASHE members and nonmembers by offering:
• Instant access to ASHE’s library of information, industry contacts, and member services.
• Enhanced navigation with an optimized search function that enables users to locate the information they need.
• Quick-links from the ASHE homepage to industry news, Career Flash, ASHE Pages, AHA News Now, and What’s New @ ASHE.
• Networking with your peers and colleagues on ASHE’s New Facebook page.
In addition, the new site is designed to be continually enhanced and upgraded to meet the needs of ASHE members. Feedback, suggestions, and comments on the new website are encouraged and can be sent to asheweb@aha.org.
