LEO A DALY announced the promotion of John Somerville to Executive Vice President.
This expanded role builds on Somerville’s leadership of LEO A DALY’s federal market over the past three years and reflects the firm’s continued focus on significantly growing its federal sector capability and focus. As executive vice president and senior director for federal programs, Somerville will lead long-term growth initiatives across defense, civilian and federal health agencies, while strengthening strategic client relationships and positioning the firm for sustained success.
Somerville previously served as senior vice president and chief operating officer, while concurrently leading the firm’s federal market. In that capacity, he played a critical role in advancing operational performance, aligning delivery teams and expanding LEO A DALY’s federal presence. His promotion formalizes and elevates his long-standing leadership of the federal sector and extends his impact across enterprise-level growth initiatives. In his new role, Somerville will also collaborate closely with the firm’s chief executive officer on other key strategic initiatives that support LEO A DALY’s long-term growth and market diversification.
