JLL’s Healthcare Division is collaborating with Hexmodal, a provider of automated compliance testing technology for healthcare facilities. The alliance brings together JLL’s healthcare expertise with Hexmodal’s smart IoT devices to deliver enhanced operational efficiency and compliance accuracy to healthcare clients.
The collaboration addresses critical challenges facing healthcare facilities by automating traditional manual testing processes. Hexmodal’s smart life safety devices provide continuous monitoring of essential safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, exit signs, temperature monitors and leak detectors
The alliance enables JLL to offer clients scalable inspection services that significantly reduce field service labor costs while increasing compliance accuracy. Hexmodal’s cloud-based platform generates automatic compliance reports and integrates with existing CMMS systems to create work orders when issues are detected. Additionally, JLL is building an integration between Hexmodal and JLL’s technology platform, which provides a full range of data management and compliance services, including asset and document management, space analysis, life safety assessment and compliance automation.
