Grady Ritua, LEED AP BD+C, has been appointed senior project executive in Gilbane Building Company’s Los Angeles, California office. He brings nearly 25 years of construction industry experience, leading healthcare and education projects across Southern California.
He most recently served as a project director, managing a portfolio of healthcare, education and commercial projects valued at a total of $860 million. His notable achievements include leading the $280-million UCLA Neuropsychiatric Replacement Hospital and the $182-million UCI Center for Advanced Care projects in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area.
He has expertise in various project delivery methods, including Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk. His portfolio includes completion of multiple OSHPD healthcare facilities.
