Designed by Flad Architects, the 52-acre campus will consist of a five-story hospital encompassing approximately 416,000 square feet of healthcare and office space. It will also include a central energy plant designed to ensure an efficient and uninterrupted power supply to meet the demands of advanced medical equipment and round-the-clock patient care.
Additionally, the complex will feature a 125,000-square-foot MOB, which will house an ambulatory surgery center equipped with the latest surgical technologies.
Skanska’s project scope includes the delivery of over 560,000 square feet combined that will feature over a dozen operating rooms, a fully equipped rehabilitation gymnasium and specialty clinics dedicated to orthopedics, spine care, rheumatology and infectious diseases. The project is scheduled for completion in 2028.
