Jim Medendorp has joined ERDMAN as managing director of advisory services and a member of the senior leadership team. His expertise encompasses strategic transformation, operational optimization and business development within the healthcare sector.
Medendorp’s extensive career includes pivotal roles at Saint Francis Health System, The Innova Group, Kaufman Hall & Associates and Wellspring Partners/Huron Consulting. In his recent independent consulting work, he collaborated with academic medical centers globally, spearheading strategic and financial planning efforts and pioneering business development strategies.
With a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and ongoing pursuit of an MBA in healthcare management at Western Governors University, he is committed to continuous learning and professional development. He is an active member of the American College of Health Care Executives and the HMA Academy Chief Strategy Officer Forum.
