Amy Nunziata has joined JLL as an executive vice president leading operations nationally for its Healthcare Work Dynamics Division.
Her career spans more than 25 years of providing leadership, management, direction and oversight of healthcare, research and academic facilities. Most recently, she served as the vice president of facilities operations and engineering at New York-Presbyterian. In that role, she was responsible for the operations of seven hospitals and the environmental health and safety for the entire 10-hospital system.
Based in New York, Nunziata is responsible for driving the financial performance for healthcare clients through real estate and integrated facilities management. She reports to and works in partnership with Alison Flynn Gaffney, FACHE, president, Healthcare Division, Work Dynamics, JLL, to drive operational performance and optimization across the business.
