Lauritzen joined Swinerton in 2005 and steadily progressed through various roles, contributing her expertise to significant healthcare, technology, commercial office and public works projects. Her leadership skills, enthusiasm for team-building, and unwavering dedication to the Silicon Valley Division and the South Bay region have been instrumental in positioning Swinerton as the preferred builder in the community.
Swinerton maintains an office in Santa Clara, California. The division is engaged in various projects, from ground-up buildings to tenant improvements and renovations. With a keen focus on community well-being, the team is actively completing nearly $200 million in construction in the area, such as the Milpitas Unified School District Performing Arts Center and multiple projects with Stanford University and Stanford Health Care and more.
